Lazy Francis New Boutique in Riga

On Wednesday, 16th September a noisy party opened a second store of children's clothing brand Lazy Francis in Riga, Latvia. The store opening was timed to celebrate the rebranding of the brand and the first collection of clothes for boys. The guests got acquainted with the latest trends in children's and teenage fashion.
The event was hosted by popular actor and DJ Richards Lepers. Children, finally became the main heroes of the occasion, heartily rejoiced at the opportunity to eat homemade cotton candy and caramel popcorn, and to be in the spotlight. With their favorite songs were made by the Russian finalist of the TV show "the Voice. Children" Katrina Paula Dearing. It is noteworthy that during participation in the show, the girl not once appeared on stage in elegant dresses from Lazy Francis.
Clothing for children and teens from Lazy Francis is well known in Latvia worldwide, and has already earned the attention of prestigious fashion magazines. The opening of the new boutique has coincided with another important event in label's like - rebranding. "For two years our company, Lazy Francis, grew and developed. Just like a child. Previously, our logo decorated a rabbit with butterfly wings, says one of the brand's founders and head designer Olga Kruze. We experienced a vivid and exciting period and now we are ready for a little change. In the centre of our attention will of course remain the children. Children who choose elegant things and accentuate their style both on weekdays and parties. Once you are in our store, you will feel it right away. The new logo and store design allow to better understand the philosophy of our brand".
Previously Lazy Francis brand was known for it's elegant dresses for girls. Now the company listened to customer feedback and created a collection for boys aged 1 to 16 years. For now the collection includes festive costumes and shirts, but soon there will be casual pieces too.[scmBannerSlider-1216]
Among the guests was the TV celebrity Anna Nikulina, founder Andele Mandele Liwa of Jaunozola, artist and designer Gundega Dodoma, editor VIP Lounge Elena Scheinin, the owner of the store Madam Bonbon Jan Eserine, fashion photographer Vika, UNESCO, the owner of the brand INCH2 Olga Peterson, sales representative Inchcape Motors Latvia Aija Stalone, chief editor of the portal 3ade.lv Diamond Percha, designer Helen Sade and many other friends and acquaintances of the brand Lazy Francis, as well as fashion lovers.
Ilze, who came to the opening of the store with her two daughters and son have share her impressions: "My family loves clothes from Lazy Francis. Lately my girls have been wearing their dresses to all the holidays and parties they attended. Glad that now I'll have something beautiful and with a twist to pick up for my son. I really like that their clothes because Lazy Francis is not afraid to combine bold prints and materials. Their solutions always look stylish. I would like to impart such fashion taste to my children".
Ilze was not the only one on the celebration of the opening of the store who was curious to fins out the fresh fashion trends of the coming autumn/winter season. As Olga told, the dominant color of adult fashion are going to be the same for the little fashionistas too — full-bodied Bordeaux, juicy dark greens, elegant sapphire. And closer to Christmas you will be able to see festive outfits in bright red and silver colors.
"In recent years, winters in Latvia have become very warm, so moms are no longer afraid to buy their children light and a beautiful garments. We have considered this point and have created autumn coats for girls and boys. I think that in the wardrobe of every little lady and gentleman should be a classic coat. Our coats have warm lining and at least 20% wool contents," says about the new collection Olga Kruze.
The new boutique has opened it's doors in one of the busiest parts of the city on 14 Kr. Valdemara street. Here you can buy clothes and accessories for girls and boys from 1 to 16 year old. Little fashionistas will certainly appreciate the vast collection of accessories. Lazy Francis products are now also available at the brand's new website developed separately in Latvian.
