Shipping & Delivery

We usually pack and dispatch your Lazy Francis order same working day for orders placed before 12 pm GMT and next working day for orders placed after that time. If you opted for a courier, we will email you a link to allow you to track your order. Don't forget you can always check your order status by logging into your Lazy Club account.


UK Orders

You can choose between Standard Post that typically takes 3-7 working days or if you are in a hurry, opt in for Economy or Priority courier service.


International Orders

We will be delighted to deliver your order to anywhere you are in the World. You can choose between Standard Post and Economy or Priority couriers. If the parcel is going to outside of the EU, then you will might have to pay import duties and any other local taxes, the amount of which will depend on the products and country you are shipping to. You can use website, if you'd like to check how much it will cost.


Returns & Replacements

Every girl wearing a Lazy Francis outfit, should feel like a little princess. We understand that occasionally things don't fit just right or you just aren’t 100% happy with them. We want to make life as easy as possible for when these little shopping mishaps occur, which is why we offer an exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of delivery. All we ask is that the item is unworn, with your receipt and the original tags and packaging.



To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: gift cards, downloadable software products, personal care items, and underwear. We also do not accept returns of accessories, except footwear.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your store credit, credit card or original method of payment within 28 days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded to your credit card or alternative method of payment. Sale items will be refunded to your store credit at the sale price that you have paid for them.



We will replace items if they are defective, damaged as well as if the size doesn't fit. If you need to exchange it for the same item of the same or different size, please send us an email at and we will let you know if we have it in stock. If the substitute item is in stock, then we will post it to you after we have received and checked the returned item. If we do not have the alternative you want, we will advise you of that and credit your store account, so you could choose an alternative style you that want.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will create a Lazy Club account for you if one doesn't yet exist, and issue you with a store credit.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.



To return your product, please contact to get the return address and further instructions. Please specify on the shipping label if it's for return or exchange and include in the parcel a proof of purchase and the acknowledgement of return or exchange notice from Lazy Francis.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to the manufacturing fault. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to the manufacturing fault.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
